On Feb 8, 2025, I participated in Scrapbook and Cards Today's one day card event called With Love.  These are the cards from the first two classes.  The first three are from Cathy Z's class.   Ink and cardstocks by Stampin' Up! The three cards below are from Meaghann Andrews' class.   Inks and cardstocks by Concord and 9th.

The Christmas Tree Cover Plate die, by Pretty Pink Posh, makes the simplest and cutest cards!! Die cut a few colors and mix and match with patterned papers or stamps. Merry Christmas die and snowflake stamps by Gina K Designs. I created the pink and green plaid paper with Taylored Expressions plaid stencil. I didn't come out perfect, but no one will ever know.  Paper pouncers are my go to for striped type stencils. Be Merry greeting by Lawn Fawn merry and bright greeting by Concord and 9th Peace greeting by Stampin' Up!  Striped paper by Queen and Co.

  I love it when this happens.  Found the flower already completed in with my dies, pulled out a plaid from my background binder, and a greeting from my box of greetings and bam, instant and colorful card.  Plaid dies by Stampin' Up, Sunflower lay it and foiled greeting by Taylored Expressions.

As you might notice from my last five or six cards- I tend to gravitate towards similar color palettes when I sit down to stamp.  (Turquoise, Lime, Yellow!!) To help me get out of this pattern, I purchased the Color Cubes, over 300 beautiful color palettes designed for creating.   Here is my result! I just recieved my monthly kit from Simon Says Stamp.  I could not wait to play with the sweet buttercups die.  The houndstooth background was from my binder- which I fill with backgrounds that I love to make and choose not to use at the time.    Supplies Used: Best Plaid Builder Dies by Stampin' Up!  I recently completed the Concord and 9th Summer Camp virtual event.  This event is top notch!! The colors and projects are a little outside my personal comfort zone, but I'm so glad I went for it. I love the way they carry their "camp" theme all the way through the weekend from outfits, campfires, cheers, flags, and more.  I was in the Rainforest Cabin!! The Wallflower Turnabout Class was taught by Meghan Andrews.  The first two cards below were from the class, and the following two were my own.
