I used the Balloons palette stencil from Taylored Expressions for this easy, birthday card. The stencil has the balloon background, and four squares that get blended at the same time, which are then cut by the long tag die as a sample or swatch.
I also used Little Critters and the Birthday Vibes Stamp Set and Die.
Colors: Cake Pop, Lollipop, Jelly Donut, and Popsicle.
